ELECTROPLATING CHEMICALS
Zinc
Acid Zinc (Potassium Chloride, Ammonium Chloride based): Zepro Acid Zinc process is designed to produce bright ductile deposits over wide current density. The brightener system is highly stable, even at high operating temperature; with excellent receptivity to chromate passivation.
Alkaline Zinc (with Cyanide): Zenite is cyanide zinc process which produces high bright leveled zinc deposits. It is designed for both barrel and rack plating. The process is highly stable and extremely tolerant to high operating temperature. It has exceptional wide plating range with excellent bright low current density covering power.
Alkaline Zinc (Cyanide free): Ekozin is a concentrated, stable liquid addition agent for the production of brilliant zinc deposits from alkaline cyanide - free solutions. It produces ectremely ductile deposits and has excellent low current density covering throwing power and is especially good for rack plating with deep recesses such as fittings, tubes, or computer chassis.
Nickel
Nickel: Niklite is a high speed and high leveling bright nickel process. It offer exceptional leveling and brightness, even with thin coating of nickel.
Semi-Bright Nickel: Levecor is a semi-bright nickel process which produces sulphur free nickel deposits with exceptional ductility and leveling.
Electroless Nickel: Qent is a highly stable electroless nickel bath that rapidly deposits uniform, conductive coating on plastics and other non-conductors.
Copper
Acid Copper: Kopelux is a highly efficient acid copper process which produces extremely leveled and bright deposits even at every low current density area.
Cyanide Copper: Kopenite is a cyanide copper process designed for pre-plating of zinc die-cast and ferrous metal prior to acid or nickel plating. It produces even, fine grained, semi-bright deposit with excellent throwing power.
Tin
Tin: Asitin is a bright acid tin process which produce brilliant deposits with excellent solderability.
Chrome: Krom is a high speed, self-regulating process developed to simplify and improve the qualityof modern chromium electroplating. It provides exceptional throwing power with excellent nickel activation. The chromium deposits are bright and stain free providing excellent corrosion for nickel plated parts.
Aluminium (Anodizing): HAL is addition agent for the production of aluminium oxide layer during Anodizing process.
TREATMENT CHEMICALS
Pre
Alkaline Soak Cleaner: Heavy duty alkaline soak cleaner fortified with emulsifiers and sequestrants for different metals.
Alkaline Electro Cleaner: Highly alkaline heavy duty electrocleaner compound effective for steel, copper and brass.
Acid Inhibitors: Highly effective inhibitor which produce bright clean steel parts maximizing subsequent plating quality and greatly extend the life of a pickle bath.
Post
Hexavalent Chromate: It is Hexavalent chromating agent which gives a bright passivation layer on zinc deposits. It is easy to control and use.
Trivalent Chromate: It is suitable for passivation of Zinc deposits produced from cyanide, alkaline cyanide free and chloride zinc electrolytes and can be used in vat and barrel installations.
Anodizing Dye: A range of Dye for anodizing process.
Sealant: Water soluble coating which provides accelerated corrosion protection on surface that have been zinc plated and chromated. It is possible to obtain over 100 hours of 5% neutral salt spray protection over blue and yellow chromates. It is used as a final rinse.
